Guessing he’s moving the camera forward along the Z, causing the sprites to end up behind the camera

Hi NintMaster, zooming in unity is relative to the object size you are working with, try selecting a object and pressing f and zooming. Could be possible that your mouse wheel is not working properly?

ok, you’re talking about zooming in the Scene view, sorry, thought you meant during gameplay.
Like Spang said, select objects and press ‘f’
you might also try increasing the size of objects by changing the Pixel to Units number (I forget what it’s called) when you import sprites.

I know this is pretty old, but it just shows why it pays to post for help with problems. 🙂 I Was having the same issue and I’m still not 100% sure what pressing ‘f’ did to make my ‘Player’ and ‘fourgroundDurt’ stop disappearing, but I’m glad it did. Thanks! 🙂

My best guess is for some reason (I am still very new at this, but I like to have explanations for things, so if someone were to have the same issue, I might be able to help. But try not to laugh to hard if this is not even a thing) that as I was zooming in on the ‘scene view’ it was moving the MainCamera with it. So anything that left the cameras view would disappear? Maybe? I’m not sure. But thanks for the help! 🙂

When you zoom in unity, the camera moves forward. If you press ‘f’ with an object selected, the center of your view becomes that object.

While zooming, your camera will not go further forward than the center of your view.
(You can see this very well in orthographic mode)

Oh okay! That makes more sense. Thanks a lot.
