I have just started following Brackeys’ C# tutorial. While following the first video, I clicked on the Debug Button to run my code. But it showed an error as follows:

Warning MSB3644: The reference assemblies for framework ".NETFramework,Version=v4.5" were not found. To resolve this, install the SDK or Targeting Pack for this framework version or retarget your application to a version of the framework for which you have the SDK or Targeting Pack installed. Note that assemblies will be resolved from the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) and will be used in place of reference assemblies. Therefore your assembly may not be correctly targeted for the framework you intend. (MSB3644) (FirstConsoleProject)
Also i was unable to download GTK# as the download always got stuck at around 75%. I tried this 10-15 times. For the .NetFramework, I downloaded the latest offline installer and run it but it showed two option :1) Repair .NET Framework 4.5.2   2) Remove .NET Framework. What should I do?

I tried to download Mono too but the Download got stuck at 99.97%.
It would be really helpful if anyone would create a mirror for the file or upload it on their google driveand share the link. Thank You.
