Hello everyone,
i was wondering if someone could tell me what do i need in order to complete the project. As an estimated time i have thought about 3 months based on my programming skills(intermediate level) and my team(mostly artists)! If someone could tell me what should i follow something like instructions i would be pleased!

First thing to do is come up with some kind of design doc. From there you will need to make tickets, I recommend using Trello to manage this. Every day yall should have some kinds of standup to discuss what you are working on and what you plan to work on. Every two weeks you should have a sprint. A spring is where you will assign new tickets that need to be completed in two weeks time.
