Hey everyone, just want to explain my recent absence from the forum (if anyone even noticed :P). In September I started studying game design full time, Yay! :D. So its not that I’ve moved on and don’t care anymore, I just don’t have the time :/
So there’s that… just wanted to share 🙂
@DionDokter maybe you want to promote someone else to Mod instead of me.

Oh and I’d love to know your opinion about a game studying since I’ve got multiple inputs that “you shouldn’t do a game study, learning yourself is better” and all that stuff 🙂 (The question because I’m probably going to study Software + Game development aside from the Software after I’ve finished my Web development study.

Well, the thing about this school is that its all practical learning. No books or big tests just making stuff in Unreal Engine and Unity and getting experience by working in the same way that you would at a company.
People from the industry give lectures and we have a lot of networking events and in the end 30 week internship. The school has close connections to all the big game companies here in Sweden so everything is basically tailored to get you a job when the education is done. The education only exists because the game companies want to.
